Working principle of pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve
Double acting pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic ball valve opens: 2-port intake and 4-port exhaust, pushing the two pistons apart to move to both sides, and the output shaft rotates counterclockwise
Pneumatic ball valve closed: 4-port intake, 2-port exhaust, push the two pistons to close towards the center, and the output shaft rotates clockwise
Single acting pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic ball valve opens: 2-port intake and 4-port exhaust, pushing the two pistons apart to move to both sides, while compressing the spring, the output shaft rotates counterclockwise
Pneumatic ball valve closed: When there is a loss of air or power, the spring pushes the two pistons to close and move towards the center, and the output shaft rotates clockwise
